Kind of spicy but really good. I recommend it.

It's great. Good food, fast and fresh.

Ordered and paid online, however the store never received my order. Wasn't a huge deal because I presented my email confirmation and they made it right away. You think they would have made everything a little better for the hassle, however it was just okay and they were out of barbacoa for my wife's bowl.

My hubby loves this place, however I have an allergy to cilantro so I dont go that much. They are very understanding and do their best to accomadate a bowl that's cilantro free. To me, that's service.

Went here 6/14/20 no ice, no cold drinks, no Tabasco and can't dine in. even though the state says you can. Why are you even open? Also the taste of the food has dropped off in recent times. Becoming another mcDonalds basically. The price is too high for the lack of taste to the food. It's lower and lower on my choice of where to eat

This place is always great. They offer large portions and the food is grilled fresh. I like that is it is all low carb and fat too. Just wish the menu was a bit larger.

The first time I ate there I give 5 stars! The second time I have to give only 3. The second time they gave me all rice and beans pretty much. I will have to pay attention next time I go. I suggest the queso and chips for a yummy snack! Its really good 😊. Meat wise on my bowl I had the chicken and then the pork aka carnitas. They were both good, my friend ordered the steak and said it was a bit tough.

This is someone's pride and joy. Sadly, this treat of a human was VERY disrespectful to this customer. Her attitude of negativity and rude request of "WHAT IS THAT?" to my son, made all three of us jump out of our skins (customers, btw). If you are going to continue to train her, you better step up and train her customer service, as this is the place where customer service can make or break a company. Beyond her attitude, she proceeded to swipe my card as if she was a linebacker, then hands me my card back with a snarl and not even looking at me. I enjoy Chipotle to the extreme, but I have never been treated so ugly by one of it's employees. Very sad, sad indeed.

Consistently fast and friendly service. If you are police or military, they will take good care of you. If you are not either of those, they will still provide excellent service.

How good the food tastes that day is really hit or miss. Don't order online, they will mess your order up EVERYTIME! I gave them chance after chance because I love Chipotle that much, but on three different orders and occasions, they not only dissatisfied, but also disappointed. I paid for queso I never got TWICE and because my receipt was on doordash and not a paper one, they wouldn't do anything about it, then assured me it would be in the bag this time. (I called after I put in my order.) It was not. THIS IS NOT THE CHIPOTLE WAY. Honestly it'd be worth the gas to go to Newport, where the employees and food are held to have STANDARDS! When anybody asks, that's exactly what I tell them. Don't bother here.

Just a few days ago my dad picked up my steak bowl for me and turns out they had forgotten my steak. My dad called down and spoke to a man on the phone telling them they forgot our steak and they offered to replace it the next time I came in which was very nice.I came in today and 1. They didn’t document it, making me out to be crazy. 2. The name of the cashier on the receipt was “Matt” and they claimed that a Matt/ Matthew didn’t even work there. 3. Were rude during the whole situation. I frequent this place way more than average, I’ve never once had an issue or been an issue. I have seen this place get a bad rep before and even been publicly exposed about some of their workers giving really low portions. Seems like I should look elsewhere. Didn’t appreciate the bad attitudes given towards a frequent customer over one situation.

Litteraly embarassing to see the manager berate and belittle an employee in front of a room full of customers. Poor girl in tears....

Food was great and service was fast. But it was an ice box in the dinning room. I feel for the staff in t-shirts. It is 35 outside so its time to turn on the heat. Food got cold fast.

I love the food here and the portion sizes are amazing but the customer service wasn't the best but its not a bad place to grab a quick bite!!

They make good stuff and I can have what I wanted, even they can double the meats.

You don't take text messages you don't take orders over the phone some people don't have a telephone that they can use they've just got a house phone so you screwed it you lost me

Good place to eat.

Worked there for about a month. During this time, I was asked to work off the clock at night (a practice which is apparently ubiquitous in this company, as there was a class action lawsuit against them for this very transgression). Walked out after I was reprimanded for asking someone to turn the music down during closing because I literally couldn't hear my trainer over the noise. The man who was managing the place at the time was arrested for stealing credit card numbers from customers (circa 2015) shortly thereafter. But hey, one star for great tortilla chips!

Always good, and the employees are always friendly. The food is always fresh-tasting, and you can get in and out within 5 min most days. I absolutely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat that's at least decently healthy... and delicious!!

Not the best Chipotle experience. Food was bland and staff was not customer service oriented. Place was very clean! A worker was cleaning a couple of tables when we walked in and came back to clean them a 2nd time while we were there even though they had not been used.

I am only giving this location a 4 star review because the ice machine was down and the soda was warm. They still charged for the soda 🙁. No one wants to drink warm soda. They were out of large cups for their queso dip. They did however give us 2 small cups to make up for it. The food was great like always!

After leaving disappointed from the Burlington chipotle I decided to try my luck at this location. Unlike the Burlington location I was greeted when I walked through the door, got up to line and I was quickly asked what I would like and was taken care of without hesitation. The group here is trained with great hospitality. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Employees are VERY rude! Will not be returning to Aurora, Indiana location.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PORTION OF MEAT I GOT IN MY BURRITO. I PAID $9 AND SOME CHANGE. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO FLORENCE SO I CAN GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I WAS BETTER OFF GOING TO LITTLE CAESARS AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE GOT MY MONEY WORTH.

Staff is always friendly and between this location and the next closest to me I always opt for this one. Food always seems better.

The white rice today is un-cook. My order is #453 , 7/2/19 8:49pm. I ordered a steak bowl for togo, bring it home for dinner and couldn't have it.

Always one of my favorites. As a former Denverite, I claim this place as home town food!

This is my absolute FAVORITE place to eat. I get my lunch for work here. I also downloaded the app, so now I have my order ready when I get there, waiting for me on the pickup shelf. The app also rewards you with points for every order made.
